I love autumns on my mountain.
I love the walks, scuffing among the leaves.
I love the curled leaves all about the dying grass.
I love the little cabin in the woods...how it fits so snugly among the trees.
I love how orange leaves are the blue sky's compliments.
I love the golden light,
I love looking up,
And the wet, crispy leaves.
This is autumn on my mountain.

These photos are beautiful! I love the one of the cabin in the woods, but I think my favourite is the one looking up into the trees - the leaves and branches always look so amazing when you do that! I'd really like to draw a picture like that, but in winter, maybe in line and wash? I must try and get round to doing it this year!
